Shipping Costs

At Truetoolbox.com, we proudly ship across Canada only.

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders (minimum order value may apply and will be shown at checkout).
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
  • We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

Processing times do not include weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

We are unable to ship to certain remote locations if courier restrictions apply. If this affects your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days for most Canadian locations
  • Remote or Northern Regions: 7–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout if available

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not from the date your order is placed.

Backordered Items

If an item is currently on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation.

If your order contains multiple items with different availability dates, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is refused, returned, or left unclaimed:

  • A refund will be processed once the package has been returned to our facility.
  • A $15 restocking fee, along with any return shipping or handling charges incurred, will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We cannot issue refunds for packages that are refused or unclaimed but are not successfully returned to us.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, porch, or designated delivery location
  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery details

If your package is still missing, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will assist with the courier investigation process.

Please note: Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for immediate refunds, but we will work with you to resolve the issue where possible.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If a shipment has already been dispatched, you may need to contact the courier directly to request rerouting.

Truetoolbox.com is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Freight Forwarders

If you choose to use a freight forwarding company or third-party package forwarding service, Truetoolbox.com is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or delivery issues once the order has been successfully delivered to the forwarding provider.

Any claims for packages lost or damaged after delivery to a forwarding company must be handled directly with that provider.
